Il colle verde or "the green hill" is an exclusive large X-shaped villa on a hillside in Cerquiglino, part of Gualdo Cattaneo, near the famous wine region of Montefalco. Cerquiglino is centrally located in Umbria, at 20 minutes from Perugia and Assisi and one and a half hours from Rome and Florence.
Thanks to the many panoramic windows you can enjoy a 360° view of the surroundings. From the villa you experience the full pallet of the various Umbrian landscapes: both the rough and the soft hills, the oak forests, the fields that change colour every season, the olive groves that flank the terrain, the Monte Sibillini in the distance with its sometimes snowy peaks.
You will stay here comfortably with 10 to 12 people.
This villa is modular and consists of various 'units' that can be closed off according to the number of guests. This way you can also stay in smaller groups.
